I am rating this location only 2 stars because of the service that I received while visiting. The products are average, custard was very airy, but over all was okay. The service however was rushed, not very friendly and VERY distracted. I know that these girls were young and maybe have not been taught well but you always put the customer first, not your boyfriend who is loitering in the other window, distracting you from doing your job. The job is not a hard one and if they cant even handle the minimal tasks that it entails, such as putting our items in a bag or offering lids and providing an adequate amount of spoons, then I cant even imagine what is going to happen to them in the real working world.

Great treat on a scorching hot day.

Excellent service even during peak times. If you see a long line do not be discouraged because the line goes down quickly.

I don’t recommend coming alone to pick up items for others. I only came to this location because the one near me closed. Barely anywhere to stand away from the line and parked cars while on the phone letting your family know what flavors are available. The most important thing- Please train employees to make more than one item for an order at a time, especially on hot days. My husband’s gelati has been sitting in the freezer, as it was made first, and we went to put a spoon in and some partially melted ice went on the kitchen floor. I’ll be back this summer. Just pointing out some things to improve upon from someone who worked in the chain/fast food industry back in the day.

Always love stopping at Rita's for a snack. They have a lot of variety. I had the Strawberry shortcake concrete. Its a very thick shake can't use a straw. Very good.

Its run by a bunch of young adults who are not customer oriented. I waited 30 minutes in a line of 5 people. Just not what Rita's used to be.

This Rita's offers the typical quality and customer service you'd expect from a Rita's, however, the physical location/orientation of this particular location leaves much to be desired, as it's uncomfortably close to the road with limited parking and seating options.

The gelati is great here. My mom always gets the mango. I just tried the sugar free root beer drink. It was delicious!

Great Service! I love the variety that they offer. I always have had staff wait on me with a great attitude and willing to let me sample their new flavors.

Everyone loves Rita's. So theirs not much else to say but Rita's is awesome and it's Summer!

Always has great customer service and their icecream is delish! During the quarantine they placed markers for social distancing and the employees wore masks and gloves.

Visited today to take ice back to the office as a treat. I asked for assorted flavors and lids on all. Andrew gave me a good mix and even marked each with the flavor on the lid. Thank you very much!!

I haven't had Ice Cream,since I've tried this amazing Italian Ice I am addicted.

They were busy when we stopped but the staff was helpful and the amount of ice/ custard you get was more than expected. The area was clean and free of trash. The standing room spills into the parking area with more than a dozen patrons so little children will need extra supervision during high traffic times of day.

It tastes like pure sugar or has no flavor. Definitely not the best.

We had great service today. She was so sweet to my granddaughter and even offered her a sample of the new Unicorn ice. The ice & custard were delicious as usual especially on this hot day.

I love Rita's! My favorite thing to order is a gelatin with vanilla custard. I usually switch up the ice flavor - so far I've had mango, strawberry banana, coffee, rootbeer, pear and swedish fish! I have not been disappointed yet! We love Ritas!
